It all began in the small town of Vineland, NJ in 1973. Domenico Conenna was given the opportunity of a lifetime, to own his own pizzeria/restaurant by his boss, Frank Luca.

Still going strong after nearly 50 years, Luca’s pizza has grown into a prosperous family business which stands behind their products 110%. Practically a city landmark, the secret to their success is no secret at all - to use the “FRESHEST AND HIGHEST QUALITY INGREDIENTS” - and most of all, to “PUT YOUR HEART INTO PREPARING THE FOOD.”

The idea to bring great AUTHENTIC New York/New Jersey style pizza to South Florida came from the owners desire to enhance the success that they have had through the almost 50 years of feeding great pizza to the residents of Vineland. Las Olas Riverfront Pizza became an icon in Downtown Fort Lauderdale on the first floor of the Riverfront Complex.  Their story is an inspiring one thanks to the many loyal customers that frequent this pizzeria. They have weathered the changes that the downtown area has endured and they continue to produce top quality N.Y. Style pizza and maintain the “Mom & Pop” familiarity with their customers. Other than a change in their name and a move across the street, the now, “Las Olas Pizza Company” is still the same great place with the same amazing food and easy-going atmosphere nearly 21 years later.

After starting in 1973 offering only Neopolitan and Sicilian pizza choices and with only one topping selection (pepperoni), they’ve expanded to offering a wide selection of gourmet pizzas in addition to the two originals. The menu also includes homemade specialities, traditional arancini (Italian rice ball), gourmet salads, hot and cold subs and paninis along with delicious pasta choices including the family’s original lasagna.
